Pricing your window cleaning using The RJS On-Line Price Calculator
- Count how many windows your home has and the type of windows you have (for types see house windows types guide)
- Go to the Price Calculator on the home page and enter the number of Dormer Windows, Standard Windows, Bay Windows, and Doors /Patio doors that you would like cleaned.
- You can also enter a standard conservatory and the a conservatory roof if you would like that cleaned as well.
- You then click Total and your window cleaning price will be in the box (the price is for external window cleaning only and includes vat @ 20%)
- The price calculator is to calculate the average cost of your window cleaning so windows may vary in size.
- Click the Book Online Now and fill in the form to book your cleaning on the next available day in your area.

Over the last year we have had a couple of customers that have had problems paying online though paypal. So we are going to write this blog post on the reasons credit cards get declined in paypal.
Quick guide to why your credit card has been declined in Paypal.
If you have a problem paying your paypal invoice .
1 Your bank may be blocking your card for use in paypal

You do not have to have sign up to Paypal to pay Paypal invoice but sometime paypal decline payments if you are not signed up to Paypal

If paypal have details of expired card paypal will block all transactions until you update card.

When a credit card is declined, it can be for the following reasons:
1. The credit card billing address you entered on your order does not match the files of your credit card company. The billing address is where you receive your monthly statement. If it does not match, it will sometimes be declined based on your credit card company’s policy. Please contact your credit card company and find out your correct billing address or re-enter your order with the correct address at your convenience.
2. The expiration date was entered incorrectly or an incorrect credit card number was entered. An incorrect credit card expiration date will cause your card to be declined almost every time. And, most certainly an incorrect card number will always be declined. Please re-enter at your convenience with the correct expiration date or card number.
3. Insufficient funds for a debit card, or your credit card has reached its allowable credit limit.
4. Some cards, especially debit cards have a “daily spending limit” imposed for security purposes. If you have reached that limit for the day, your card will be declined.
5. In some cases your card may be coded by the credit card company to not allow internet based transactions. This is particularly so for newly issued cards. Some credit card companies automatically prevent internet transactions from being made for a specific time after mailing to you in the event your card is stolen in the mail. Activating your new card after receiving it in the mail does not necessarily release the restriction immediately and may take several days before an internet transaction can be made successfully. Some banks will permanently restrict internet transactions until you tell them otherwise. Contact your credit card company and ask if your card is internet restricted. They can remove the restriction immediately.
Credit Card Is Linked or Associated with a PayPal Account
Many believes the credit card is not accepted by PayPal when using it not signing into PayPal account is that the credit card is already been used in a PayPal account. If you’re using a credit card that’s linked or assigned to a PayPal account, try login to PayPal during payment process. You can change the source of fund to make the payment after logged in to use credit card instead of PayPal balance.
Credit Card Is Previously Used in PayPal Account or Assigned in Closed PayPal Account
PayPal remembers a credit card details even when it’s already been removed from the account. The information also been remembered even if PayPal account which linked to the credit card is closed and deleted. In this case, try another credit card, or assigned the credit card to a PayPal account, and pay with account logged in.
PayPal Limit on Non-Member Credit Card Usage
According to PayPal source, there is a limit based on the number of times, the amount of the transactions, the type of merchandise being sold that a credit card can be used within the system without having to verify ownership by opening an account. The restriction is for security and fraud protection reasons. There is no workaround to this limitation, but you should be able to use another credit card. If there is problem, try using another email address. Else, register an PayPal account.
Credit Card or Email Address Raises Flag in the Transaction
Closely link to reasons above, where some part of the transaction raises flag on the server that stop the payment. Two possible flags are on credit card or email address. Try changing either credit card or e-mail address or both when attempting to pay again.
Cookies Problem
Try using another web browser and/or delete cookies and attempt to pay with PayPal gateway using credit card again.
Credit Card Is Not Confirmed in Account
Contrary to some of the reasons above, if the credit card has been linked to an account, but not yet confirmed, try to complete all credit card information such as Card Verification Number or Security Code, and confirm the card by entering the PayPal code shown on the credit card statement on special refundable charge by PayPal.
In all case, the problem won’t arise if you add the credit card to PayPal account, and use it as funding source to pay the transaction through PayPal account.
What happens if there is no area for my house ???
The areas in the area drop downs are a guideline to area covered. If your Town /village are not covered in the Area drop down just put the area closest to your Town/ village.
You have not received a paypal Invoice from RJS Online
If you do not receive a paypal invoice from RJS Online this is more than likely down to your anti spam in your computer rejecting paypal.
If you receive a paypal reminder but not paypal invoice this is down to your spam rejecting paypal
To Solve this problems
1 Add service@paypal.com to your address book in your emails
2 Add service@paypal.com to your list of safe senders
3 If you are not signed up to paypal then sign up to a paypal account ( it is easy, you do not get any hassle from them and it is very safe)
4 Contact your internet company ask them how to unblock Paypal from your anti spam.
